Biographical Information
Crew 451 is a co-ed Crew that
has many diverse individuals. There are members who have been in
either Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts and those that are new to the
Scouting programs. The ages of the youth members range from 14-20
years of age. Our Crew has taken trips to Texas
A&M Commerce, Camp Dierks, Camp Cherokee, Scarborough Faire,
The Florida Sea Base, Laguna Station (South Padre Island), as well as camping expeditions in various locations where we learned
skills ranging from orienteering to wilderness survival. Crew
members have served as Camp Staff at Camp Dierks and Tom Hale and
have been involved in numerous community activities.
When and Where Does the Crew Meet?
Venture Crew 451 meets at
Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pittsburg
on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7pm.

Corps of Discovery fall rendezvous
The Fall rendezvous will be held at camp Dierks Nov 2-3-4, 2007. Crews are asked to dress in "Mountain Man" period dress. We will have Black Powder shooting, tomahawk throwing, fire crafting, Dutch Oven Cooking, Bead Work and cumulate on Sunday with a Mountain man walk to test everyone's skills.
